Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased online. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and show no visible signs of use
  • The item must have original tags attached
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 4–5 days for your return to arrive at the warehouse
  • Refund processing may take 1–2 weeks after shipment
  • The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased in retail stores can be returned within 30 days at the original place of purchase, provided:

  • A valid receipt is presented
  • Items are in new condition with original packaging

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products are final sale
  • Items not purchased through the official website must be returned to the original retailer
  • Certain promotional or collaboration items may not be eligible for refunds

Additional Information

  • Returns must be sent to the appropriate country of purchase
  • The company reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of policy abuse
